Jan-Olof Lundin Non-executive Chairman
Jan-Olof brings international business experience on management and CEO level, mainly from the chemical and biotech industries VBB AB, EKA Chemicals AB, Berol Verkstadskemi AB (part of the Akzo Nobel group) and, most recently, from Diffchamb AB (publ.), of which he was founder and managing director. Jan-Olof also sits on the board of Dunross & Co, one of Isogenica's major shareholders as well as on the board of a group of emerging biotech and cleantech companies including being CEO of Indevex Watertech AB, an international supplier of process aids and diagnostic products to the food industry.

Dr Kevin Matthews Executive Director
Kevin joined Isogenica in October 2009, prior to which he was CEO of Oxonica plc (2001-2009), one of the UK's leading nanotechnology businesses. Kevin is also a non-executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee of Elementis plc, a UK FTSE listed international speciality chemicals business. He is also chairman of the UK's Nanotechnology Knowledge Transfer Network. Kevin has a DPhil in chemistry from Oxford and after an initial spell in research has spent his career taking new technologies to market. In the process he has become very familiar with the challenges of financing, technology development and protection, and commercialisation of new products both through direct sales and licensing across a broad range of industries including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical diagnostics, cosmetics and industrial materials.

Dr Renny Leach Non-executive Director
Renny is Executive Chairman of a clinical research consultancy company working with a number of public and venture capital funded companies developing platform technologies and new clinical treatments for common conditions including cancer. He is a Director of the Phase I resourcing company - iResearch - and is currently a non-executive director of several life science companies as well as one of the top performing NHS Foundation Trusts in England known for its pioneering work in maxillofacial and reconstructive surgery, orthodontics, head and neck cancer and burns. Renny is a Trustee of Lord Snowdon's Award Scheme for disabled students and clinical research advisor to the charity SPARKS. He was previously CEO of a venture capital backed Clinical Research Organisation, Director of Clinical Research at the Institute of Child Health and Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust and has held senior positions with the UK Medical Research Council and the Horsham-based charity Action Medical Research.

Niclas Eriksson Non-executive Director
Niclas has an MSc in Economics and more than eighteen years of equity and real estate investment experience. He is a Director of Vasastaden Holding AB and represents one of Isogenica's major shareholders. Niclas is also a board member of the stock-listed company Net Entertainment AB (listed at the Nasdaq OMX exchange).

Anthony Nixon Company Secretary
Anthony brings over twenty years' senior management experience to Isogenica. He is a practising Barrister, having been called to the Bar in 1979, and has held a number of in-house legal positions including Vice President Operations and Legal Affairs and Company Secretary at the newly formed Cambridge Antibody Technology, where he took the company from start-up to a full listing on the London Stock Exchange.

Göran Forsberg Non-executive Director
Göran Forsberg is currently Chief Business Officer at Active Biotech, Lund, Sweden. Active Biotech is biotech company developing new products for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and cancer with three products in pivotal clinical studies. Göran holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden and has authored approximately 40 scientific articles primarily within biochemistry, molecular biology, immunology and cancer research. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for almost 25 years as a scientist, project leader or department head within KabiGen, Pharmacia, University of Adelaide and Active Biotech. Since 2008, he has been responsible for business development at Active Biotech.
