We have selected high quality ligands to a large list of protein targets from pure or more heterogeneous preparations such as bacterial spores and bacterial and mammalian membranes. CIS display uses larger library sizes than other, non in vitro, display technologies to provide better results (see publications).

Most alliances are focused upon the discovery of novel therapeutic peptides where we have isolated peptides with high affinity, activity and ultra-fine specificity from our libraries. However, we have also isolated peptides for other applications including discovery research. In addition, we can improve the stability, activity, specificity and affinity of partners' existing peptide leads through our maturation procedures.

We also have our own internal research programs and are seeking to co-partner and develop therapeutic peptides with other biotech or pharma companies with complementary technologies.

Licensing

Isogenica has developed CIS display to display peptides, scaffolds and single chain Fvs. License agreements can be negotiated for specific areas of use or for specific protein scaffolds.
